A-Level Exams and UK University Entry
A-Levels (Advanced Levels) are advanced qualifications for students aged 16-18 and one of the cornerstones of the UK education system. They are run by two main exam boards: Cambridge International Examinations (CIE) and Edexcel (Pearson). Students typically choose 3-4 subjects graded A*-E. A* and A grades are required for entry to the UK's Russell Group universities and the world's most prestigious schools.
A-Level results are used directly for UK university applications through UCAS. Universities like Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial College London, LSE, UCL, and Edinburgh consider A-Level grades the primary admission criterion. Canadian, Australian, Hong Kong, and Singapore universities also accept A-Level results.
At TestPrep, we offer A-Level preparation programs fully aligned with both Cambridge CIE and Edexcel curricula. We support both AS and A2 stages. Our tutors have complete mastery of mark scheme criteria.
